Magudam Tamil Movie Review: Magudam is written and directed by Vishal, who also plays the lead in a dual role as Kirubakaran (Kripa) and Don Lingappa (Linga). The film stars Anjali as Annapoorni and Dushara Vijayan as Jamuna, with Mayah Prem and Ashwin Madhavan playing Jamuna and Kripa’s children. The basic story follows an ordinary man whose peaceful life suddenly turns into a serious struggle when he gets caught in trouble with criminals. His biggest challenge is protecting his son while facing the dangerous consequences that come his way. Vishal takes up two roles, but the real challenge is making the audience believe that both characters belong to different worlds. His performance as Kripa has more of an ordinary-man feel, while Linga comes with a stronger and more powerful personality.
