Kombuseevi is written and directed by Ponram and produced by Mukesh T. Chelliah under the banner of Star Cinema. The film brings together a strong cast and a socially rooted storyline. Set against a rural backdrop, the movie focuses on ambition, loss, and the dangerous paths people choose in search of wealth.

Shanmuga Pandian Vijayakant plays the role of Pandi with sincerity and restraint. He carries the character’s emotional weight effectively, especially in scenes that reflect pain from the past and desperation for a better future. R. Sarathkumar, as Rokkapuli, delivers a powerful performance. His screen presence, voice, and body language add intensity to the role, making the character believable and commanding.

Tharnika appears as Laila, a police officer, and she performs her role with confidence and clarity. Her character brings a sense of authority and balance to the narrative. Kaali Venkat, playing a policeman, adds realism and subtle emotion through his natural acting.
