 Ponniyin Selvan Part 1 Movie Review:

Kalki's creativity of Ponniyin Selvan and ManiRatnam's dream project hits the big screen on 30th September 2022. It is a great epic and the battle of Cholas and Pandiyan dynasties only people learnt in the poem and from the literature, but the author Kalki bought all the sequences in the book format and the director ManiRatnam placed the creativities into 163 minutes as part 1.The director  Manirathinam's Ponniyin Selvan 1 artists are Karthi role was Vallavarayan Vanthiyathevan, Chiyaan Vikram as Aditha Karikalan, Trisha as Kundavai, Jayam Ravi as Arulmozhi Varman, Prakash Raj as Sundara Chozhar, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan as Nandini, Rahman as Madhuranthagar and Periya Pazhuvettaraiyar as Sarathkumar, Jayaram as Azhwarkadiyan Nambi. The music was composed by AR Rahman.

 

The historical novel from Kalki was promulgated by the director ManiRatnam and the narration made intriguing by characterization. The film made the audience literate Cholas valour and about the glory. Kamal Hassan opens the historical narration by his voice over, which an asteroid pass through the sky and reveals about king's sway ruling faces of death. With a massive opening of Aditha Karikalan, a diseased emperor Sundara Chola (Prakash Raj) longing to get back his succession. A vigorous man Aditha Karikalan (Vikram) sending his comrade Vandiyadevan (Karthi) to spy about the situations in the place of Tanjavor Kadambur Maligai along with him Azhwarkadiyan Nambi travels with Vallavarayan Vanthiyathevan.

As Vanthiyadevan stepped inside he was noticing that Madurantakan (Rahman) getting help with the neighbor territory kings to support him to rule over the Cholas, Nandhi (Aishwarya Rai Bachchan) wife of Periya Pazhuvettaraiyar one of great vigorous woman had venom attitudes, which could understand the patronage. With this, Kundavai and his brother Aditha Karikalan decided to bring his blood relationship of  Arulmozhi, who has been living in Sri Lanka. Now the first part of Ponniyin Selvan leaves out the twist and a vague idea about Arulmozhi vanished and hope the second part which releases 2023 reveals who will hold the throne of the Chola dynasty.

 

ManiRatnam, sets of his movies which allure the audience, this epic drama made the viewers to travel centuries back, AR Rahman music certainly superior attribute of the film.  The artists were personage performances for their eccentrics. Mani's Ponniyin Selvan part 1 not to be compared or investigating of the old movies Cholas movies. It's about ManiRatnam's making with adequate to in vogue manner.
