Naayaadi Movie Review:
The story takes place in an ancient area of India, where for a thousand years, witchcraft, sorcery, and dark worship of gods were believed to exist. The Nayadis, a tribe of hunters, suffered under these supernatural forces and eagerly sought to learn witchcraft and sorcery themselves. Human sacrifices were performed in the name of these dark rituals.
In the present day, a couple purchases an old bungalow in this ancient area with the intention of transforming it into a resort. However, they soon discover that the estate is haunted and filled with paranormal activity that defies explanation. Intrigued by the eerie occurrences, a group of young YouTubers named Adarsh, Gadambari, Puffin, Niwas, and Arvind decide to investigate further. They seek the aid of the god of the wilderness to guide them in their quest.
Venturing into the forest surrounding the bungalow, the group senses the presence of a malevolent power lurking within. As they enter the ancient bungalow, they encounter strange and terrifying paranormal figures and witness disturbing events unfold before their eyes. The true nature and origins of these supernatural phenomena remain shrouded in mystery.
Throughout their journey, the group faces constant danger and risks as they attempt to escape the clutches of the supernatural forces. The suspense builds as they strive to find a way out and evade their ghostly pursuers. The question remains: Will they manage to escape the horrors that plague them or succumb to the sinister forces at play?
The film features a cast of new faces, including Adarsh, and his friends, Arvind, Samy, and Ravichandran, who deliver captivating performances. The cinematography by Moses Daniel skillfully captures the essence of horror, while the background music composed by Arun adds tension and an eerie atmosphere to the film. Director Adarsh Madikantham presents a gripping horror thriller, weaving suspense, fantasy, and unexpected twists into the story, leaving the audience on the edge of their seats.
