Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty Movie Review:
"Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty" is a movie that revolves around the life of Anvita (Anushka), a star chef living in London with her single mother. Their lives take a significant turn when Anvita's mother, who is ill, expresses her desire to spend her last days in India. On her deathbed, she tells Anvita to seek companionship for herself, marking a pivotal moment in the story.
Anvita, however, harbors doubts about love and marriage due to her father's betrayal, despite his initial love-driven marriage. She decides to pursue motherhood without marriage and begins searching for a suitable donor to have a child of her choice. It's during this quest that she meets Sidhu (Naveen), a stand-up comedian who unexpectedly falls in love with her.
Initially, Anvita keeps her true intentions hidden from Sidhu, creating an intriguing dynamic. The central question that looms is whether Anvita's original purpose will be revealed to Sidhu and if his love for her can withstand this revelation.
Notably, the involvement of Nasser and Tulsi, who dubbed for the Tamil actor and actress themselves, suggests a Tamil influence in the film. Additionally, the film's music composer, Ratan, hailing from Tamil Nadu, ensures that the songs harmonize with the overall narrative. The background music by Gopi Sundar complements the story's flow seamlessly.
"Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty" blends comedy and heartfelt dialogues that emphasize faith in relationships. This balance of emotions keeps the film engaging and ensures it lands as a feel-good movie. Ultimately, whether Anvita's purpose comes to fruition and if Sidhu's love conquers all remains a question that only watching the movie can answer.
