Nesam (Yogi Babu), a man who is determined to separate from his wife, Amy, is the subject of director Swadesh M. S.'s Boomer Uncle.
Amy expresses her willingness to divorce Nesam provided that he meets one condition. He must take her to his luxurious home in his hometown and they will be there for one day.
Amy's condition is accepted by Nesam and he takes her to his hometown. Dawood (Seshu), Billa (Bala), and Vallarasu (Thangadurai) and their former friends, Nesam, are waiting for vengeance after his actions destroyed their reputation and marriage chances.
These friends have decided to use this opportunity to get back at Nesam.
Nesam is aware that Amy has an ulterior motive for asking him to bring her to his place.
