The narrative revolves around Raja
(Vishal), a cable TV operator and the son of a police officer, who falls in
love with Anjali at first sight. However, a misunderstanding leads to their
separation. Years later, during a wedding, Raja reunites with his friends, who
reveal that their lives are in turmoil due to the menacing Karkuvel Vishwanath
(Sonu Sood). Raja takes it upon himself to confront the villain, and in doing
so, he also crosses paths with Anjali. What follows is a delightful mix of
humor, action, and romance as Raja takes on Karkuvel to protect his friends and
win back Anjali.
The performances in Madha Gaja Raja are
top-notch. Vishal shines in his role as Raja, effortlessly blending action and
comedy. Anjali brings charm and emotional depth to her character, while
Varalaxmi Sarathkumar impresses with her strong screen presence as Maya.
Santhanam as Kalyana Sundaram delivers impeccable comic timing, providing
laugh-out-loud moments throughout the film. Sonu Sood is menacingly effective
as the antagonist, Karkuvel Vishwanath, making him a worthy opponent for the
protagonist. The supporting cast, including Arya as Dicky David and Manobala as

The technical crew deserves special
mention for elevating the film’s overall appeal. Cinematographer Richard M.
Nathan captures the vibrant locales and dynamic action sequences with finesse.
