Sing Geetham is an unusual musical fantasy drama directed by Singeetham Srinivasa Rao and produced by Nag Ashwin. The story is set in the fictional village of Kuberapuram, where the peaceful lives of the villagers are threatened by a corporate company that plans to destroy the land for mining activities. The film combines fantasy, music, and social themes to present a unique cinematic experience.

The story follows Gowri (Ahilya Bamroo), a young woman who has a deep emotional connection with a tree that she considers her mother. When the tree is threatened, she becomes heartbroken and accidentally falls into a mysterious cave. Inside the cave, she cries out with heartfelt prayers. After returning to the village, she discovers that everyone has started speaking only through songs, and every word they sing is the absolute truth.
