Thuneri Movie Review:
Sunil
Dixon's direction of "Thuneri" an unknown, unpredictable take off
that causes a disquiet, Thuneri carried out by John Vijay, Nivin Karthik,
Miyasree Soumya, Abhijit, Ashmita and Nakul, the film grab the attention
narrating the story, Naveen's (Nivin Karthik) who is an inspector and he was
getting transferred to a place Thuneri.
The
inspector's daughter Ashmi and Nila both were classmate, Nila was upset and
nervous that she is not interested to go home, Naveen would like to
fact-finding about her situation and that she was ill-treated from step
mother.
Naveen's
family moves to Thuneri cover with hilly places, strange people and mysterious
deaths, the people exaggerated about Karuppusamy (John Vijay) who is a monster
while he was alive and even after his death, Karuppusamy's son Chellakani keeps
bondage with Naveen's children, Chellakani explicit Karuppusamy's death enigma.
The film Thuneri makes queer that Karuppusamy was innocent soul and safeguard
the Thuneri people and Naveen family.
Nivin
Karthik and Miyasree given dignified performances, Chellakani eccentric make
adorable on screen, his presence on each frame shows the fabulous execution,
Ashmita and Nakul both were given charming performance, screen play by Sunil
Dixon was unique, music director Kalaiarasan's BGM aggravated to the film.
Overall, a lovely traveling.
